Hemp flour is a great gluten-free alternative to current baking flours, rich in dietary fibre, highly digestible protein, vitamins and minerals. Hemp flour’s delectable nutty flavour and nutritional profile, makes it a great addition to all kinds of functional food and baking applications. 

We produce our hemp flour by mechanically milling the remains of our cold-pressed oil extraction process. Once the oil has been removed, the remaining seed cake, rich in protein and dietary fibre, is then milled into a fine powder to produce our high quality hemp flour.
